To watch a video simply click on it in the list to the left. There are many samples so please be sure to scroll through the entire list.

If the video stutters simply click on pause and allow the video to download some more before you begin playing it again. You can monitor the status of the download on the timeline. You may also skip around in the downloaded video by dragging the cursor on the timline.
