Q. How will my High Definition wedding video be delivered?
A. Your High Definition Wedding Video will be delivered to you on a Blu-Ray Disc. You will also receive the master HD video files on an external hard drive if you choose to purchase the raw footage or if your package includes the raw footage.
Q. Will you use bright lights?
A. Most likely not. Pro-sumer camcorders have come a long way in just the last few years. 3-chip cameras can now see in reasonably low light but they have their limits. When it does merrit additional lighting a 10 or 20 Watt light is used on the camera.
Q. How long before I get my wedding video?
A. The time it takes to edit a wedding video can vary widely because of the uniqueness of every wedding. Turn-around can take up to 1 year, though the average is 6-9 months.
Q. Is there a deposit required?
A. Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock us in to the date. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event. For your convenience we take all major credit cards, personal checks, and money orders.
Q. What happens if the wedding is postponed?
A. Simply call us and we can reschedule your event up to one year in advance.
Q. Will you travel?
A. We serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area, but can travel to most any location you want. There will be a travel fee for locations outside of the San Francisco Bay Area.
